  • Facilitate all property tours & private showings with buyers.

  • Suggest and advise any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.

  • Consistently update you as to any changes in the local marketplace and advise accordingly.

  • Use multiple social media platforms to promote your property with eye-catching and informative videos & flyers.

  • Gain additional exposure through a professional sign and lock-box.

  • Whenever possible, pre-qualify prospective buyers.

  • Follow-up on the salespeople who have shown your home for their feedback.

  • Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary.

  • Represent you on all offer presentations and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible price and terms.

  • Follow-up upon a contract being accepted: all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures.

  • Handle all the contracts, paperwork & related compliance matters.

  • Gleefully deliver your check at closing and celebrate your success!
