Clinton, Maine on a gray day, but I was as happy as could be! Our buyer was a friendly young man looking for his first house. Jay has been working with him for almost 2 years, but nothing was quite right.
Not pictured was the 2 car garage which the buyer liked... a LOT.
Spoiler alert- he made an offer, and we are now under contract! WINNING!!
